1. General Policy

All fees paid to Manjula Yoga Academy are non-refundable. This includes fees for live yoga classes, memberships, courses, and any other services or products offered through our platform.

2. Auto Debit Payments

For memberships and subscriptions with auto-debit payments:

Members may choose to pause or cancel their auto-debit payments at any time through their account settings.

Once an auto-debit payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and quarterly payment plans.

Pausing or canceling auto-debit payments will stop future payments but will not result in a refund of any previous payments.

3. One-Time Payments

For one-time payments made for courses, workshops, or other products/services:

All one-time payments are non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed, members are granted access to the course or service for the specified period. The access period will not be extended for any reason, including failure to join or participate.

4. Class Absences and Missed Sessions

Manjula Yoga Academy is not responsible for any missed classes or sessions, including but not limited to live yoga classes, workshops, or events.

No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for missed classes or sessions, regardless of the reason for absence.

The validity period of memberships or courses will not be extended due to missed classes or sessions.

5. Non-Transferable Memberships

All memberships, subscriptions, and course enrollments are non-transferable. Members may not transfer their access or membership to another individual or request a change in the membership duration.

6. Changes and Cancellations by Manjula Yoga Academy

In the rare event that Manjula Yoga Academy cancels a class, session, or course, we will provide alternative arrangements or credits as deemed appropriate. However, refunds will not be issued.
